Saturday for a graduation I had the opportunity to try the Home Restaurant formula. Between Catania and Acireale A casa tua by Manuela Pace, from whom I had never heard. My opinion is very positive. All excellent, starting with the cacio e pepe arancini, sausage and caliceddi, with the Aci trunzo. The fried pizzas the fried Courgette flowers, sage, etc., the other starters the first courses. Excessive, always hot and immediately refilled as needed. For me a big yes. Much better than many places. The cooking owner seemed to be very attentive to me (as a good hostess), as things went among the guests. She ensured that everything was fine without showing it, and I saw her eye with satisfaction my youngest son made his fourth trip for tuna tars. The room for the real home restaurant is small and welcoming, I think it can accommodate up to 5 tables from Friday to Sunday (after reservation) but I still have the doubt that the environment is too intimate as if I were at home of a friend, but without in a friend's house. Anyway, I promised to try again. While I definitely recommend it for a reception of 30-40 people if you want to make a good impression
