The owner says that they focus on making their food with high-quality local ingredients, and the result shows. The lavaş tastes as if it had been freshened and seems in comparison to what you get elsewhere in a typical spice. The plastered vegetables are delicious and the çiğ cooks itself only has a bit more a kick to its taste than others I had. Yes, it is more expensive than a comage or something, but there is a craft quality here that is worth the extra money. It is nice to see the same cook there every time I go, he is super friendly and speaks great English and really proud of his food!
