(ok as in ok, not good). for the main course we both took noix entrecote: great disappointment. the flesh was unbeatable. you had to chew a lot and even then it was hard to thrive and they were not even noix that is a better part of the cow. have they cut the cost? and it is a bar where people smoke outside, so it smells like smoke inside. And they have to pay cash: very convenient if they have to go back the next day to pay the check!

Un accueil et un service sans prétention, une cuisine simple et sympa. Les escargots, l’entrecôte et l'onglet excellents. des prix corrects. Si je repasse par Mont-et-Marré, et non par Château-Chinon, je reviendrai y manger.

Vergeet je creditcard/pin betaling. Hier gelden andere horeca wetten. Eigenlijk gelden hier geen wetten, maar wordt je opgenomen in het bonte gezelschap van dorpsbewoners en dat allemaal gewoon op het asfalt. Prima eenvoudige doch zeer vakkundige en betaalbare kaart. En idem ditto voor de wijnen. Dikke 10!
