Hard to locate... read more NOTE: they have a dress code policy you will need a reservation. Men need to wear pants. I found this place via Google and it does look stunning. Hard to locate and the name of the rooftop restaurant/bar is something else. The views are amazing, staff seemed friendly but I recommend a less crowded rooftop with even better views next door at hotel Raphael (Raphael La Terrasse). They dont have a dress code, walkins welcome and better views of both the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.
