The food was incredible, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful. A hidden gem in Spain's country side and close to charming villages. 10/10 :

Quiet, modern, sustainable, with incredible views and respectful of the environment. They serve excellent vegetarian ovo-dairy food at a very good price in a complete menu. They also adapt to vegans or intolerances. You can go alone to eat if you want, but you have to book. I was fascinated that not a sound was heard and the operation of the facilities in general, at the forefront of sustainability. And of course, the staff, very friendly.
