What Elizabeth Hoffman doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Ordered online. Went on time for curbside pick up waited 43 mins nobody brought out the food. I had to bring my kid in with me and go in to get my food. Then got home and the didn't even give me my chips that came with my chips and queso I ordered. View all feedback.

This was my first time eating at this Chilli's that I can recall. I have more pros about this location than a major con. The only reason i gave it four stars because when I walked in it took at least ten minutes to be seated by the hostess, which saw me standing by the podium yet went to another employee to discuss something before approaching me. If it wasn't for the great tasting food and the person whom served me who did an awesome job, the rating could've easily been three stars.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces on the west side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access.

My boyfriend ordered food for delivery from this chili’s since it was his birthday.Our driver delivered what was packaged and I was very disappointed. We got no utensils or napkins. we asked and paid for white queso and got salsa. we also asked for no pickles and the burger had pickles. The honey chicken tenders ordered were burnt as well.when calling the store for a refund of the white queso at most, we were placed on hold for 10 mins for the manager and they never answered us. it seems like this store needs better staff to pay attention to orders and talk to people on the phone like decent human beings. we were not rude or nasty. we understand mistakes happen, we are all human but don’t ignore someone’s concern for food they paid for and didn’t get.we will never order or buy from this place ever again.Needless to say the food was not good as it was wrong and burnt and I decided to order else where for my bf birthday.Will get my refund by disputing it with the bank.Management should be ashamed of themselves and don’t bother with the “sorry follow this link” ordeal.I am taking this straight to corporate so they look into this restaurant. so many bad reviews similar to mine
