I had a terrible experience this morning. I called to reserve 10 rooms, and after being put on hold multiple times, the staff suddenly hung up on me. They wouldn’t let me make the booking again.

The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the place feels safe and well-maintained.

The restaurant could use some upgrades or innovative changes. The neighboring place, Al-Halal, is a better option.
