I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment remotely, as they clearly lack the customer care and understanding needed to keep patrons satisfied. To the Lebanese management: your operation is struggling because of your ongoing negligence toward hotel customers. Personally, I will not be dining at your restaurant again.

I feel we are basically paying for the A/C, the view of the swimming pool... read more We had mixed grill platter in addition to chicken taoux and beef Sharwama sandwiches. I feel we are basically paying for the A/C, the view of the swimming pool palm trees. Beef Sharwama was good, but not as good as can be. The chicken taoux sandwich was a joke for the price. The mixed grill platter for N9200 was a huge waste of money. We were served what tasted like steamed raw meat with no seasoning or spices at all. It was easier to eat the grilled chicken from platter than the beef. The beef didn't look like it touched the grill. Yuk! Terrible food. Slow service before and after order yet they have many staff. Not the best value for my money. We spent 30k for 2 persons there, just to try several things and make sure we find something we liked that tastes good. We will never return. Thank you. Better to pay a little more go to Bukka at transcorp Hilton.
