Kfc - Abu Dhabi

The service is very bad, ordered today 19:10 and I waited more than 40 minutes. And I ask the staff what the status is, they just say his almost ready until I decided to ask most of their staff, and they come to know that no one prepares my order. I hope they will improve their service.

I went to KFC around 7 pm to order but the 2 cashier lady African lady is very rude. Zero customer service. Need some training

The staff is soo lazy, they are laughing and ignoring clients. The tables are dirty and you need to ask them several times before they come and clean. The food we ordered was not delivered on time. We waited for 22 minutes to get our chicken because they didn't have any prepared. I asked for a leg not spicy and when the meal was ready they said that they don't have a leg not spicy so we waited for 10 to 15 min to get it. Disappointing.

Kudos for Americana they managed to provide the same awful service in almost all of the KFC branches, management still rude to the staff in front of the customers, staff still not trained well that goes for dubai and abu dhabi branches for instance the manager in kfc abu dhabi mall is creating a toxic environment for the staff he's setting at the counter with the chair the only remaining for him is to smoke shisha but thanks God we've a regulation for that.

Your chicken is not so good. Not juicy, so dry. The fries are pretty salty. I wouldn't eat here anymore.
