Even though we had a booking and were a few minutes late, we still had to wait 30 minutes. Staff were not clued up and definitely not the feel of a well serviced place. Food was mediocre and definitely will not recommend to friends nor visit again based on service and casual approach to patrons

The menu is very limited, with no fries available. It was not mentioned online that two items were no longer available after 7 pm. There was no BBQ sauce, and the staff seemed untrained, constantly coming to the table without fulfilling their purpose. We even had to share toothpicks from our own table. They refused to split the bill when we were with friends. The owner called me the next day, but instead of apologizing, he yelled and mocked my review, claiming I know nothing about restaurants. He suggested I should have informed him of my visit so he could have brought in Nancy Ajram to dance for us. His attitude was very poor, even telling me to take my money and remove the review. I refused because the purpose of my review is to reflect the reality of the situation without any offense. If the owner behaves this way, I can't blame the staff. I believe I am not the only one who has faced this issue, so the existing reviews may be fake.

Can you please introduce a new menu item to provide more options for customers? Thank you.

We tried calling the mobile number provided to make a reservation multiple times, but no one answered. We were disappointed that no one called us back despite several missed calls. Finally, two days later, someone answered the phone, but their attitude made us feel like we were asking for charity. We were instructed to book through their website, so we did and even sent a screenshot of our reservation requesting two adjacent tables. However, we never received a response or acknowledgment. Due to the poor treatment we experienced, we decided not to go to the restaurant. Surprisingly, no one followed up to see if we were still planning on coming. Overall, we were left wondering why we received such subpar service.

I made reservation for a table but when I arrived they asked me to wait!! After 20 minutes i left the restaurant because the service and regulation is so bad.
