I ordered a menu on Friday, with zero zero line. It arrived (like other times) with zero tail. I told the delivery man and he was not very clear about what to do, he took the entire order and after 30 minutes he appears with the same order, even the cola zero bag broken like I had broken it to open it. I tell him and he tells me that they gave it to him like this, I point out on the ticket how it says ZeroZero. He says he'll take the order again, I tell him I'll keep the food at least it's going to get colder. He accesses and takes the zero tail and now he brings me a zerozero. That was the last time I saw the delivery man. I ate the burgers frozen. I have made several complaints in the app since that moment and I have not received a response. ANYMORE

I order delivery and they bring me almost everything, not to mention the entire order, one of the burgers is a 1-meat beef burger and it comes with 2-meat chicken... I complain and they call me and 2 people start talking to me. Once one was in charge and the other I have no idea, they told me that they are going to give me a refund after 3 calls they made to me because they had to consult it... since December 28, when I have been waiting for the refund, I have been talking to them. To the phone number I was talking to them, they read my messages and they don't answer me, I enter the application in the complaint form or whatever that is and no one answers and no one calls me... After 14 days and I don't know how many complaints I'm still waiting for someone to answer me or for the return... A damn shame of the premises and the managers and the service...
