All the fo... read more I buy their locally roasted coffee in the bag. It's absolutely fresh and delicious. Taste like fresh ground coffee every time. The food is excellent. All the food is prepared fresh by the micro brewery next door. I highly recommend this business for good food and coffee.

I had sparkling water (tap, in a glass with ice, no plastic bottle waste which was great to see , an iced latte (delicious, made very quickly! and the Cobb salad which was phenomenal. Service was friendly and quick, the space (we sat outside was bright, clean and comfortable. I'll be back!

This is my second... read more Ordered a 16oz Chai tea latte extra hot. I got 16oz cup that was about 4oz short. The flavor was weak and the temperature was just above warm. This is my second and last visit here. My first experience was similar but I wanted to give it another shot. Also, I really dislike when a tip is asked for electronically at the time of payment before any service has been rendered

My daughter loves coming here and loves their cinnamon donuts. We also come here to pick up our coffee subscription! Highly recommend that program if you want to brew Utopian at home…it saves a few dollars on your coffee fund! The only hard part is parking downtown by the landing can be tricky at times…but still always worth it!
