My son got the beef teriyaki and noodles. Other than the girl taking his order everything was smooth. She seemed like we were disturbing her and she just wanted to get rid of us. We told her he wanted a coke to drink and then she looked at us and pointed at the sprite and said what kind!?! But the food is good and makes up for her lack of hospitality. View all feedback.
What Summer Case doesn't like about Sarku Japan:
I love their food. Best around. But their service has become horrible. Get rid of the three worthless guys out front and we will return. It's just not worth the attitude and the long wait. Service use to be much better and quicker. View all feedback.

I went to the Mall over the weekend with my family to purchase a birthday gift for my daughter. After we walked around the Mall, we stopped at the food court to get some lunch. I saw Sarku Japan and wanted to try them out. We approached Sarku. I walked over to the counter to order. A young man came to take my order. He came out with an attitude. He quickly asked for my order. I told him what I wanted, and he promptly rang me up at the register. I paid for my food andmoved away from the counter. A moment later, I realized they messed up with my orders and put fried rice, but I wanted steamed rice. I approached the counter again and kindly asked this young lady if she could please replace the friedrice from my steamed rice orders. With an attitude, she rolled her eyes and returned the fried rice. My order was complete. The guy that prep the food placed the food on the counter and told me they were ready. He made me close my platewhere he did to other customers. My entire experience at the place was disappointing. I strongly recommend the owner to get these guys to work on their customer service skills. I don't usually get upset, but this is not necessary. SarkuJapan will not be on my list of choices when I come back to Glenbrook Mall again.
