I have almost always had a good experience with Pizza hut. I have always received what I had ordered, even if what I ordered was ended up being gross, I still got exactly what I ordered no more Buffalo chicken and onion pizzas for me! .There are only a handful of times the order was wrong, but even then, it was still good pizza. Special order pizza, perfectly made. Looks like we will drive a little further for better service.
Our first order from this Pizza Hut restaurant... the entire experience was EXCELLENT!
If you come to get food here don't plan on eating here, employees will complain about wanting to close but can't because people are in the store.
Restaurant was clean, food was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly.
I presented a Pizza Hut punch card for a complimentary buffet. The buffet card met criteria...however, was expired, due to the pandemic. I talked to the General Manager, at the Dupont location, in Fort Wayne... Sadly, he didn 't greet me, or even smile, NO people skills . He apparently didn 't like my request, so he abruptly said, I am not honoring your card...it 's expired! . Then, he turned around and walked away. I found this experience to be unacceptable . Pizza Hut discontinued the lunch buffet, without notice and now, is not recognizing the people who accumulated punches on their buffet card 's. I have contacted Pizza Hut customer service...however, there has been no response. Shame on Pizza Hut for the way they are treating their customers. It 's not about money, it 's about principle...No MORE PIZZA HUT FOR MY FAMILY.
