I always make it a point to bring my family here often because I enjoy the food and the service is excellent. My husband and I always order sushi and they have been great every time we dine in. What The Prof doesn't like about Haru Sushi Izakaya:
The last 3 times I've eaten here, I've come away feeling sick. Combine this with food that tastes okay, but never amazing, bizarre flavor combinations, and a staff that serves well, but always seems to always be staring, and it creates a rather uncomfortable dining experience. Some of the best sushi in Fort Wayne, and some of the kindest staff! They always greet you warmly as you come in and are seated. The space is modern and clean, and I've always been well taken care of here. Love the tiger roll, geisha roll, and lion king roll! Their takeout is always top notch, too. Good, fresh food!!!

One of my go to spots for sushi that is not deep fried and covered in sauce. It nice to find this gem that reminds me of west coast sushi.
Came in with some friends I hadn't seen in a year. We ordered a bunch of food shared with each other. I did get a ramen for myself it was very good. All the sushi was delicious (I'm not a huge fan of raw seafood, but I'll make an exception for this place). I will definitely be back to try some more.
In my opinion, the best sushi in the Fort. They have great special rolls and occasionally have specialty fish flown in.
