What kimono doesn't like about Fazoli's:
The staff needs to be retrained that when filling an order for a large sauce to go with a dozen bread sticks, they need to fill up the entire cup, otherwise it is the amount of a small sauce when only filled halfway which is only appropriate for 6 breadsticks. Great service, friendly and food was perfect and quick!
Went there today 6/12/2024 and a lady by the name Olivia helped my wife and I. Olivia gave her an attitude when she made a request about my food and began to argue. Also when brining our food out had an additude when giving us our food. She then started walking around like she owned the place and was very rude. When I thanked her for bringing us the food I asked for more bread sticks and her response was I guess and brought them to us. After thanking her for them she didn 't respond turned around and walked away like she was having a fit. I will keep coming to Fazolis because it is a childhood favorite but something needs to happen with Olivia.

Friendly service. I just do not like their red sauce. Other than that, the food was good.
