What P P doesn't like about Saladworks:
Just ordered two salads, two soups and a kids meal for delivery that cost me $60.00. My salad had limp and frozen, wet lettuce with two small cold chicken pieces for my crispy chicken. My kids meal of crispy chicken, roll, oranges and grapes came with two small chicken pieces like they put on the salad, cold with bread crumb crumbs. The little mandarin oranges pieces and two grapes, cut up. My son's salad was so cold... View all feedback.
Insanely high price for salads, especially when popular toppings aren’t available (Tomatoes).Flagged down a worker from the back area to make a purchase, no tomatoes for almost a week now. The worker seemed agitated by my questioning regarding the tomato situation, later becoming frustrated when I requested a second fork.A colleague of mine who’s friendly with the mother of a former employee stated the owner said he has hard working employees. Go figure!

The pasta is cooked perfectly Al dente the toppings are always fresh and the staff is very nice
Honestly best saladworks I have been too I think unless you have worked in this mall you will never realize how rude and ignorant customers who come here are. Every mall has their niche though unfortunately this ones is ignorance. It is under new management now as well so things will obviously change but I have been eating here for about a 1.5 years and have had 0 issues other than someone messing up my salad order in which stuff happens and I moved on with life instead of letting it ruin my day. I get that not everyone is going to be understandable but to belittle someone inside of comments bc they forgot a fricken pickel or chicken wasn 't crispy enough is petty and I hope people realize how amazing this location is over everywhere else. The only issue I have is they don 't pay their employees enough to have to deal with the type of people who come into this mall
Now, I would just like to say I love saladworks but I believe this location needs help. The food is never fresh and always has a problem. Today I received my food with/no pasta and I asked for half radiatore pasta and iceberg. The lettuce was soft wet and brownThe matchstix carrots. Soft mushy, wet, and almost sticky likeThe crispy bbq chicken was in little balls like it was the end of the bag and also wet and soggy, and no where near crispyWhen I called the speak to the manager, the young man who answered the phone told me to hold on, hung up on me, and left the phone off the hook so it would ring busy for the next half hour. I was polite and just wanted to speak to a manager regarding food quality.I truly believe they need to be independently inspected for sanitary purposes and food safety prep.I loved this place but I would like to know what I’m eating is safe and not cutting corners for cost sake
