Went through the drive thru here twice in the past month or so, and both times was told they didn’t have what I ordered, in spite of it being advertised on the menu board. Normally go to the Fallston location and have never had that happen there. It’s 2023, and it’s an electronic menu. How much can it possibly take to remove an item from the menu if it’s no longer available? View all feedback.
My encounter with this McDonald's was overwhelmingly overshadowed by poor management practices. The evident lack of effective leadership permeated every aspect of the establishment's operations. From the dismissive attitude of the staff to the consistent errors in orders and substandard food quality, it's clear that managerial oversight is sorely lacking. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction. Until decisive measures are taken to address the managerial shortcomings, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfactory dining experience.
I didn't go here. I went to Taco Bell. My phone thought I was next door. Looks like it might be a decent McDonald's. I don't know.
Horrible service. We waited 10 minutes for the order to be wrong by a lot. Also the cashier had horrible mood and sounded grumpy. Never coming back again until tomorrow
I literally just ordered a meal that took almost two hours to receive and they still messed my order up. Missing and incorrect items. The only thing they got right was my kids happy meals. Check your food before you leave because they aren't double checking themselves.
