Stillwater Barbeque - Abilene

They're serving some good food here. Brisket was seasoned well with a great bark. Went for the jalapeno sausage which was solid. Mac and cheese was ridiculously tasty.

First time here and it was delicious. I ordered the three meat plate. Pork ribs, brisket and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. The ribs didn't need any extra sauce at all. The glaze on the ribs was perfect. The brisket was a little dry but I hadsome pieces that were a bit fatty and they were good. The sausage was solid. The mac and cheese was probably my favorite afterthe ribs.

Amazing bbq! the sides were great and complicated the bbq. great service, friendly and served with a smile. added to our list of places to eat again. thanks for a great lunch.
