Located in the village of Collieston, this restaurant was originally established as a fishing port in the past. While the village itself may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, the charming harbour area and nearby beach make for a pleasant atmosphere. Just a short walk from the harbour and car park, visitors can access a viewpoint offering stunning views of the rocky coastline. The ice cream shop, situated overlooking the harbour, is open only on weekends during this time of year.

This restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious ice cream, desserts, and coffee. However, as others have mentioned, it is not the most budget-friendly option for these treats. The restaurant does not have a high volume of foot traffic, so it is understandable that prices may be slightly higher to compensate for this. It is worth noting that the restaurant is only open during the summer and school holidays, which is to be expected. The breathtaking view from the front door, especially on sunny days, is priceless and adds to the overall experience.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delightful, made by Rizza's of Huntly. It may be a bit pricey, but definitely worth it as a special treat. Be prepared for large crowds on hot days and during school holidays.
