Durn House - Aberdeenshire

A beautiful mansion, rooms are very well organised for your comfort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and our little dog did too. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Stunning place and people. Massive room and bathroom. The most comfortable bed I have slept in ages. Food fabulous. Chef/Owner (for last two years) very passionate about sourcing great local food. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for a weekend and the food was excellent, staff were very attentive and welcoming and the decor was tasteful. We stayed here on the winter staycation offer through the hotel website- great value for money. Would recommend staying here for a peaceful break. Good location with things to see and do outdoors nearby. One evening we had dinner in the hotel and was one of the best dining experiences we have had, very impressed with the quality of food. In room breakfast was timely and our orders were accurate, with good vegetarian options available but make sure you state the quantities of each item if you are wanting a hearty breakfast! Would love to return if up that way again!

Stayed one night. Big mistake, should've stayed longer in this beautiful house. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was fantastic. Slept in the wonderful Durn suite. Massive room, four poster bed and the biggest bathroom I've ever seen. First class breakfast served in room. Going back, but longer next time

Was absolutely wonderful stay bed was very comfy and room was cosy and loved that breakfast was served in our room in the morning . Absolutely brilliant staff and doggie friendly
