Contribute FeedbackDunes Golf Centre offers a mixed bag of reviews - some praising the delightful afternoon tea with generous portions and homemade treats, while others complain of greasy and soggy fish at the chippy. The location and facilities receive positive feedback, with a variety of food options available at the café. While some mention the noise level in the small establishment, others commend the friendly staff and great golfing opportunities. Overall, Dunes seems like a nice spot to grab a bite, practice your swing, or enjoy a traditional afternoon tea.
Had the most wonderful afternoon tea at Dunes, friendly welcome on arrival, beautiful set table with table cloth and lovely crockery. Staff so attentive and the soup, sandwiches and cakes were plentiful and tasted delicious, take home box provided as we couldn’t quite manage it all. Would highly recommend a visit.
Recently one of my favourite clubs broke at the bottom of the shaft. I bought a replacement but yearned to have the old one repaired. On a visit to Dunes driving range which is one of the three excellent facilities in our area I asked Sam if the club was repairable. Within an hour Sam had it fixed and the following day I had it well and truly tried out on OldMeldrums long but forgiving holes . Cheers for getting my club another lease of life. I’ll know where to come for repairs and driving range practice in winter time.
Always fresh and pleasant staff with lovely view. Good choice of sandwiches and deserts. Small golf shop where you can buy gifts or necessities for golfing.
