The café is nice, but you have to pass through the store to reach it. The food was tasty, but the ham sandwich was quite plain, with no garnishes or extras. The soup, however, was delicious, and we appreciated the attentive service from the staff. View all feedback.
Waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup. 110 staff wondering around aimlessly without any clear direction. Definitely won’t waste another hour of my life

Thoroughly enjoyed our coffees and scone. What was outstanding, however, was the attitude of the staff- welcoming, friendly and attentive. Good service in a cafe or restaurant is what makes the experience.
Our first visit since it opened after lockdown and we were very happy with everything. The staff were all exceptional and their system works really well. Our coffee and home bakes were first class. All in all, a most enjoyable visit. Thank you!
Really nice food with lots of options! Their puddings are good quality! Can be 15-20 mins wait or more if busy. Staff are really nice!!
