I ordered three scoops of ice cream, which was reasonably priced. However, the ocean cream flavor was mostly sugar and lacked both creaminess and taste. The Ferrero Rocher flavor was quite unappetizing, tasting more like cake batter than ice cream.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ambiance was fantastic. The food was outstanding, with generous portions at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!
FORMER STAFF REVIEW Racist and sneaky managers Got fired for no reason after 3/4 weeks of training and hard working. I was never in a bank payroll. even though they asked for identity and bank detail. They are probably not paying tax for all staff. Refuse to pay me full amount of salary after telling me not to come and work again. No reason. No compensation. Itty bitty wage per hour. Not meeting the minimum wage They have just newly opened in April 2018 and lack of training/ managing experience. Training instruction is very messy and unclear. Most of the staff are nice and friendly except the middle age Muslim woman who speak broken English and work only back in kitchen. She is very rude and impolite. Managers are pathetic and have rude behaviors towards staff.
Was closed on a Saturday, when it was meant to be open. Wasted journey.
UPDATE I'm not sure if they are still opened for business. They have been closed over the Christmas break and it doesn't seem like they will be opening soon based on the scene inside. My advice would be to call ahead if you are going out of your way. On a side note, the cafe right beside it has some sweet treats to tidy you over but not the expansive selection that Sugar and Creme had. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great milkshakes
