Feedback
Guests praise Prezzo's Italian dishes and central Union Square location, but some reviews note slow drink service and occasional staff inconsistency.
Service by the young lady name Chloe were excellent, we were a bit confused on what to order on drinks and food as i was having gastric problem and she was very patient on explaining everything. Food wise, Pesto penne, gorgonzola pizza, mushroom risotto, and seafood spaghetti all very bland and ordinary and the salad leaves for my pesto penne sides weren’t fresh. The resto was crowded and very comfy, overall good experience but wont rushing back for the food.
The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everything tasted delicious. Christian, our server, was such a lovely and friendly guy. He took great care of our table and made the whole experience even better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We visited on Monday evening and were very pleasantly surprised on our experience. The food was top notch with many authentic, tasty dishes and a very well varied menu that caters to any appetites. Our service was top notch and very professional though genuine as many places we have visited the service always lets everything else down as it comes across very robotic and disingenuous. Christian is a lovely lad who helped us with our menu selections, checked back and was very personable. The menu is fairly priced given the quality of the dishes and the excellent service. We will definitely be back and making sure to tell all of our friends and family about what has now become one of our favourite eateries. Thank you again. The waiter we had, Nawful, was absolutely lovely and chatty. My friend and i were allowed to chat and relax in the restaurant for as long as we wanted- it was genuinely the best experience and atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I have to put this review up not so much for the food but about the service. First of all it took nearly 10 mins for our drinks to come. I could see them sitting on the bar and the waiter passed them numerous times. The food was really nice but I had a pizza which had chicken on it. The chicken was so dry I may as well have had cardboard instead, it wasn't even really this that annoyed me it was when I mentioned it to the waiter I felt like I was saying something offensive. I could see him telling the manager who then in eye view dismissed me and my dad. She was extremely rude and said to tell us it was pre cooked then cooked in the oven and basically tough sh#t! I can cook a piece of chicken I know it doesn't need to be like that! She was so rude and purely for this reason it ruined our dining experience. I know this May seem petty but when paying over £50 I expect much better service from management! Very poor!!

Because Prezzo sits on the first floor of Union Square, many tables overlook mall activity — it’s a great spot for people-watching and catching the buzz after a movie or shopping trip. If you’re visiting between peak shopping hours you’ll likely find a quieter table and quicker service.
