The best terrace in the city! Every item on the menu is worth the calories. It’s one of my favorite spots for baked goods; the croissants and éclairs are simply delicious! The owner is very warm and welcoming. I’m so glad I discovered this place. View all feedback.
Was lucky enough to try some of the amazing treats this place has to offer in our short trip to Aberdeen last week. Tried chocolate and coffee eclairs and Opera cake, absolutely delicious! My favourite was the chocolate eclair, it’s a proper chocolate cream filled one, how it should be! A must try if you love eclairs!
This is an excellent French patisserie that easily beats out any of the ones we went to when we lived in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The croissants and pains au chocolat taste like the best ones we had when we lived in Paris and the éclairs are honestly phenomenal. The galettes des rois are divine (with a real fêve! for the Epiphany in January (a seasonal specialty well worth trying if you're not French and don't know about it ! And it's not just the sweets that are good we are thankful to have someone in Aberdeen who makes a proper baguette. It's worth noting that you should try to get there early to get the best selection, and that it's now only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Amazing terrace, all hand made and the best quality. the eclair was one of the best things I had eaten!
Highly recommended. Delicious french patisserie products freshly baked each day. Nowhere else in Aberdeen is comparable. If you want a special treat head for this bakery
Range of sweet and savoury offerings baked fresh on site. Combination of bread staples, combined with classic French patisserie. A long established business on Thistle street. Owner baker very welcoming and quick to offer explanations and descriptions of whats in stock, if you don't know what it is just ask. Great option for breakfast, lunch and desert options. Great tarts and cakes. Always leave with more than I originally went in for.
