What a beautiful and peaceful place! I loved every minute of our visit. the walk between the huge old trees, the gardens, the caffe. and this castle itself is naturally beautiful. they can only visit the ballroom, but that's good. it's really the wonderful environment I'm going to keep in mind.
Beautiful place to visit , steeped in history , the children loved it . You can see why the royals love to holiday here , it’s just stunning scenery and the drive through the highland moors is well worth it . The cafe was nice and my daughter and husband were thrilled with their cheese scones . We pre bought our tickets on line and this was easy . The staff we met around the estate were all friendly and welcoming . We will definitely return ... when the queen has finished her holidays of course .
A very beautiful place. I was in awe of the tree up the driveway alone. But nothing was disappointing. Ithe drive from Inverness was amazing too. What a completely amazing place
