The manager personally came over to explai... read more We had a wonderful dining experience here last night. The staff's understanding of gluten intolerance was impressive. The manager personally came over to explain to us what options were suitable for our daughter and what she should avoid. They were very conscious of preventing cross contamination and took extra care to ensure her food was served separately. The meal was delicious and we highly recommend this establishment.

Unfortunately, the food did not arrive for over 2 ho... read more I ordered food online from this restaurant's website in the afternoon for a family anniversary celebration. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive for over 2 hours. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person I spoke to was rude and questioned why we had placed an online order when they were not operational in the afternoon. Even after explaining that the order was placed through their own website, she was still skeptical. She said she would address the issue (including a refund) once the kitchen opened at 4 pm, but I never received a call the next day. When the food finally arrived around 5 pm, some of it was burnt and inedible. I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue, and the manager promised to respond within 15 minutes, but I never heard back. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
