So to begin, I have to point out the flaws. My partner said his fish was a touch soggy, and I ordered chips bolognaise but the name isn’t very accurate. It was the most amazing chips and gravy type sauce I’ve ever had. Like AMAZING, especially for a takeaway after a couple drinks. But it was not a bolognaise sauce. Awful food , ordered a hot dog and the bun was MOULDY !!! macaroni pie smelled like feet and cheesecake was squished. The cheese sticks were not cooked properly. And The burger had no sauce or anything was absolutley disgusting. their garlic sauce tasked like parę minut and if it went bad .
Staff is really cheeky and they also get order wrong
The chilli sauce was absolutely disgusting Used to love the sauce but ots been changed I poured it over my chicken kebab and it completely wrecked the whole meal I'm very disappointed ?
Ordered food at 2am didnt arrive till almost 4:30, as I was last on the drivers delivery at that time by the time I recieved the food was cold, it had condensation giving me pools of water in the boxes suffice to say that it got chucked out
I am disappointed with the service and lack of response to get refunded via just eat app. after 2 and half hours wait and no response from the restraunt till 10.30pm!! we finally refused the order, as whole family gave up and went to bed!! they had cheek to say it was delivered and only they can activate the refund meanwhile I'm out of pocket. wont be using this restraunt or just eat again.
