On August 9th, 2023, at 3:14 PM, I went inside to pick up my to-go order. The girl who took my order, named Trinity according to my receipt, had a rather unenthusiastic demeanor. After she asked for my order, I didn’t hear another word from her. My food was placed on the counter while I was putting lids on my drink, and she remained silent, focusing on her cleaning instead. It seems that the staff could greatly benefit from some customer service training.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The staff was rather rude and seemed to lack basic courtesy. I ordered takeout for dinner, but the overall quality did not justify the price of $20–30 per person. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere also earned a 1 from me.
