This restaurant has a very unprofessional atmosphere. The uniforms were quite off-putting, and the bartender had a prominent belly that was hard to overlook. Additionally, the bartenders were extremely rude. It was a disappointing experience for someone new in town. I definitely won't be returning to this place.
I have been charged three times for my card. I explained that the total amount, including tip, should have been $57.00, but instead, I was charged twice for $43.25 each, which isn't correct. They informed me that they can't refund my money.
I really enjoy the zoo! I lived just two blocks away during college, and it remains one of my favorites. The atmosphere is relaxed, with great music and affordable drinks, especially since it featured country music that night. The bartender was friendly and attentive as well.
Please be aware when you’re there on a packed night they do tend to over charge on credit card please don’t keep your tab open. They add their own tip down. Thieves!
Takes forever to receive a drink, the music is terribly loud with awful speakers. No ac and they keep the lights on.
