Mcdonald's - Aberdeen

I swore off coming here after I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. It's been a few months so I figured I'd give them another shot. Sat in drive thru for 10, with a car behind me and one in the other lane. Finally just came inside and ordered.I ordered at the kiosk at 6:34 and it is now 6:53. I suppose it's on me for continuing to come back and wait this amount of time.

Sure does remind me of a middle-scool cafeteria food fight in the dining area!Most of the tables are dirty with food and trash debris, grease slicks from the food all over the table tops, floors are very dirty and unkempt.I only gave 2 stars to keep myself from feeling sick in afterthought after consuming a drink from this place. Night manager, Derek is really awesome and keeps the place very clean during the late hours. )The ladies' restroom is less than atrocious this morning..... Employee exited the restroom stall, fumbled in a small zippered bag, then left the restroom without washing her hands!! IDK WHY but I stopped here again on my way to work this morning and what a disappointment!!Dining area seemed a little cleaner, skeleton crew again at front area and it was 12 minutes before someone actually took my order.There were approximately 9 people piled up waiting for their mobile and delivery orders, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!Gotta have a huge sense of humor to think this place represents a worldwide brand!!!!

Filthy...i received my food and couldn 't find a clean table in the place, so I asked the manager for a rag so I could wash off a table. His response was that the girl working the counter was on break and she 'd clean the tables when she....I guess that 's when he either saw my really? look, or he heard the words coming out of his mouth. He said, I 'll go ahead and clean one for you, and that 's exactly what he did...one single table and then went back whatever he was doing. That was a few weeks ago, but when I went there today I found the only clean table so sat down. I then overheard a family struggling to find a table that wasn 't disgusting, so they settled for the least dirty one. This is a dirty place. The restroom is always dirty too. Sad sad sad.

The cashier was delightful, humorous and professional. Service was fast. We did drive through. The crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery with a grainy crunch. Fries were hot and tasty.
