Love the Staff !! ...and the sandwiches. Amanda was listening on my 1st visit to this JJ 's. What LMM doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
If you could stop bringing us extremely dry stale cookies, that would be great. Tonight we got 2 cookies that were so dry and hard we had to throw them out. Also, are you giving people less meat now as well? Almost no meat on sandwiches lately, sloppily made and routinely wrong.This location has really gone downhill. View all feedback.

She was INSTANTLY MY HERO.I called that store later off work to ask her name to mention her specifically in a JJ 's Survey I received.The 2 male employees were chuckling about my pleasant grumpiness that instantly elevated my entire mood !! All 3 of these employees are STARS in my book. Kind, caring, COOL people working helping others. It 's WHAT WE DO !! (P.S. I 'm an RN)

They have screwed up a very simple order 3 times now. And it was just a matter of reading the order and omitting tomatoes and the sauce that comes on the Italian. It's not trigonometry. Just READ IT.Also, FYI the new red velvet cookies are bland and flavorless. Don't buy one you won't like it.
They have a younger crowd working but they seemed professional and friendly
Don't order delivery, especially through the phone.Guy taking my order thru the phone didn't really seem to know what was going on, couldn't get my name and address right and had to repeat myself multiple times. But when he finally did get my name and address right, the delivery I received was the completely wrong order. I ordered a beach club and a LJ #6 and received 2 chicken Teriyaki wraps. Ate them anyways but would've been nice to have the sandwich. If you go to the Jimmy John's across town on 7th Ave they've always been super on point, I'd recommend that one instead, or just go and order in person
