Casey's - Aberdeen
Casey's
Description
A neighborhood pizza spot beloved for its pies and easy rewards app draws loyal weekly customers, but experiences are mixed. Diners praise the food and convenient mobile ordering while citing slow counter service, repeated rewards prompts, occasional cold interiors and long waits. Reports of unfriendly staff and concerns about food-safety and sanitation practices suggest managerial and training gaps. Locals value the location and menu but want faster, friendlier service and stricter adherence to food-safety standards.

Feedback
The staff was extremely rude, and they even seemed annoyed when I requested cash back while paying with a debit card.
The staff at this location are incredibly slow at the counter and seem to struggle with the computer systems they’re using. As a regular customer in this neighborhood store, I can confidently say that my appearance is quite distinctive, yet they still ask me every single time if I have Casey’s rewards. I’m well aware of the program and all three employees working there. Do they really think I just randomly decided to sign up one day? Their slow service is frustrating enough without adding more unnecessary questions. This needs to change. Additionally, the staff demographic here does seem older compared to other Casey's locations I've visited in the Midwest, which could be contributing to the inefficiency.
The best place in town for pizza! We order from here every Friday night. Their rewards program is simple to use, and the app on our phones makes ordering a breeze.
Some of the staff are vary rude and Disrespectful and when you put in a complete the Manger does not handle it like she should
