What K dislikes about Bigfoot Java:
It was late and I decided to get a apple cider. I left it alone for about 45 minutes after getting it, so I thought it’d be okay to drink since it might have cooled down. No. I took a drink and it was scorching hot. My whole mouth is burned, tongue and top of my mouth. Not really sure why you guys make it so hot to where we can’t even drink it 45 minutes after getting it. View all feedback.

While there may be occasional long waits, the service is top-notch, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering that they are open around the clock and provide a variety of customization options.
The service was extremely slow. We waited in line for 56 minutes with only four cars in front of us, only to be informed just as we were next that the bar had closed and we couldn't order coffee. If you knew you were going to close the bar, why not let us know sooner? It's really frustrating to wait nearly an hour for coffee, only to walk away empty-handed. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this.
I absolutely adore this place! The drinks at Bigfoot Javas are always exceptionally flavorful. The baristas are extremely friendly and always willing to assist!
Nice people very polite and big smiles for you on a Monday morning no attitudes. Good caffeine buzzzz
Shelton location: the staff here are amazing! They do a great job and their Italian sodas are the biggest that I know of. Love stopping in here for a huge cold drink on a scorcher of a day.
