Baskin-robbins - Aberdeen

We have tried to go to this store twice and they have been closed. Their hours say they are open until 9 but both times they had closed at 7. In the simmer? At an ice cream place?

They stayed open a few minutes longer so we could get ice cream. The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream was recommended as the best flavor I 100% agree! Great place great employees!

If you close at 9 then you close at 9. We originally went to the drive thru an said it was closed mind you its before 9. We seen people walk in so we walked in an wanted to get icecream an she told us its closed because they are closing in 10mins....never heard of that in my life. I am a server myself an if you walk in a minute before we close I am still serving you with a smile on my face. Get a new job if you don't want to make a stupid icecream cone for my kid.

This place is horrible and their customer service is worse. We went through the drive-thru and ordered three layered sundaes and a milkshake. The milkshake was very watery. It was essentially milk with some cookie dough crumbs in it. Also, they didn’t give us any spoons. We pulled around and went in the store and they said that’s how milkshakes are suppose to be and refused to replace it. Then when we asked if we could at least have spoons they said no they already gave us spoons. If I could give zero stars I would.
