When we arrived they had scheduled only one server and a trainee that was shadowing. I'm possible for anyone server to serve that many. She tried and did as well as could have been expected and kept a great friendly attitude. But due to managements scheduling and lack of attention the service was very sub standard. The food was from acceptable to terrible. There was a limited menu and we ordered as we arrived. Steak sandwich was one item and again it went from cooked properly to ICE cold in centre of medium rare. Some waited more than 45 minutes for food to arrive. Beverages would take more than 15 minutes to arrive if at all. Many of the beverages arrived completely wrong from order placed on numerous occasion.At one point when an individual requested a manager arrived only to inform him that it was our fault that drinks were not arriving. Her attitude was offensive and totally wrong. She should have offered assistance to her staff and it would have made the evening much better.I am not sure what the service is on normal occasion but myself or the other thirty patrons will never return.There was nothing worth returning to try. Other items on menu was choices of a burger and wings. A gain mixed reviews on all items non great they ranged from ok to not very good. On a positive note with the exception of manager all staff were very friendly and pleasant. At one point a hostess or two help clear tables all very friendly.Over and above all the attitude if the manager was the largest negative of the evening. This was also a hosted dinner yet we were presented with a special menu that had prices shown.The host had arranged the meal and menu with Shannon whom he was very qualified and was disappointed she was not present when we experienced this awful service and food.

The wings are delicious, love all the types. We had a great time and will be back! Sing you there!
