McDonald's - Abbotsford

The food took awhile the manager was polite, the children taking the order were rude made me yell out my order when I had barley any voice already they heard me fine at Tim’s when I got my coffee. They over salted the fries added way more pickles then normal, I believe intentionally. They all look 12 and manager looked 18 she was the only friendly face we seen, I’m not impressed we never have these issues at the one in our city. I wouldn’t recommend going to this one.

Great McDonald's location here. The staff are always so nice and fast and the food is consistent. Highly recommend this spot.

I wanted a coffee for my drive home so i figured McDonald's it would be. There are lots of choices for coffee at this exit off the freeway. this McDonald's has not been good if you go inside to get food and drink. drive thru for coffee seems ok. Maybe they have cleaned up their act. I once waited for almost 45 min for a coffee and muffin inside.

I have been only going through the drive thru during the pandemic. Most times they seem to get my order straight. In the past this McDonald's has been extremely slow if you order at the front counter. Not sure if they are putting priority on drive thru and they don't have enough staff for the front counter. It seems that these fast food places outside the city limits are struggling. Not sure if it training or shortage of staff. I stop at this McDonald's a lot, especially during the summer, on my drive to and from my out of town trips and home again . they are conveniently located just off the freeway. plus there are gas stations in same area. Now there is a Coop groesery store which makes provides more services.

4 of us had a visit to your Mcdonald's and were VERY impressed by the attention to detail by staff behind the plexiglass/counter as well as when we went outside to sit on picnic table one of your employees opened the door for us...then we observed him wiping down the handles as each customer came through door. He was also very CALM and KIND :
