What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Was quoted a wait time of 8 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, uncertain of the time I went but it wasn 't what I would figure would be a peak busy time so I 'm not sure why they wouldn 't have the pizza hot 'n ready . I 'm not a prude and an 8 minute wait time is understandable. However, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the pizza to be finished because the employee forgot to throw the pizza in the oven. Last time, I was there instead of some scripted-out phrase like beautiful day, sir! I have a simple, casual, next time. It seems much more authentic and natural, and the people who work there really know customer service. 10/10, would recommend every day.
Customer service fantastic. her app was down and door Dash didn't have the deals so we were on the phone and they honored her offers to make sure we get what we wanted! And of course, pizza was super filled crust pep gatta giving them credit where due!
Best Little Caesians I've ever been in my life. Nice staff, cleanest kitchen and area. Piping hot pizzas and just about everything great feeling. In any case, you'll come over and over. And they got the cool pick-up portal that I'm super happy to use. Definitely small caes give a big name.
The young man that works at all location is great when it comes to customers service. I really like the deep dish crust,the bacon box. Nice and easy to get a quick hot and ready on those days you don't feel like cooking.
