Pizza Hut - Abbotsford

Overall, the restaurant usually has orders ready in a timely manner. However, last week I placed an order for lunch and when I went to pick it up, the manager informed me that my online order would not be ready for another 30 minutes. The restaurant is supposed to open at 11am (I placed the order around 11:20am). While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, I was disappointed that I did not receive a call informing me about the delay due to oven problems. I had wanted the order for lunch as my husband and I were planning to have it during his break time. Despite the inconvenience, the restaurant offered me credit, which I appreciated.

Pizza was good, and hot. What killed the experience for me was paper plates to eat off of..

The pizza at the Abbotsford location is tasty, but be aware that they have been understaffed. It is recommended to call ahead before visiting, as they may not be open at times, even if you have placed an online order. Make sure to call first to confirm.

The staff is very helpful and quick to fix any mistakes. They always have our order ready for us to pick up.

It was only on the afternoon Saturday 5-21-22Pizza was very good and came to the table beautiful and hot. käsebrot also had a wonderful taste. please tell them service. will eat again. want to see a buffet and delivery to the colby area
