The cocktails were delicious, the food was tasty, and the service was excellent. The ambiance was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of small bites and the impressive wine selection.

Previous review November 2019 I haven’t been here for a long time now and this place has had a face lift inside and it looks really good. Thankfully the service hasn’t changed, it’s still exceptionally friendly. I tried a Two Suns beer which was alright actually. It is a Japanese inspired beer made in Australia. And then I had a Mountain Goat beer which was really good. My partner had a Japanese gin (it’s a Japanese inspired bar) and it was another great afternoon. This is THE place for people watching hahaha. Enjoy. Original review June 2016 I have walked past this place too many times and I've always wanted to stop in here. It's Friday night, and I wanted to grab a drink n dinner. Once again I was walking past heading elsewhere when I saw a sign saying $5 cricketers arms pints! Mnnn that got me! Hahaha How cool is this place, in a very Japanese way. The lady who served me was soo sweet and friendly that I had a pint, texted my friend and we had dinner here. This place is lots of fun, very kitsch and I like the bench at the front to people watch. But in saying that, they also have a really cool beer garden out the back. This is fun, and we had burgers here tonight, I had the chicka chicka burger and my friend had the spicy chicken burger w chips. We smashed both, yummmmm and no time for a photo tonight as I was too hungry hahai This is definitely my new favourite local place. And they have $1 bubbles on Sunday afternoon, see you here hahaha Why isn't this place packed every night? FUN!! In a very Japanese way! Love the robots here and the retro music haha This is the place that makes me feel happy.

We asked him if he had a menu and he’s response was “well what do you want?” How are we suppose to know what we want if we don’t know what’s available? Especially because only one of us could go downstairs and order due to COVID.We then proceeded to ask him if had certain things and he told us “see it’s not that hard.” If you don’t have a menu just say so and don’t turn it around on us and make it seem like we are being difficult for asking for basic service.
