What LeMangeur likes about Sakaya Japanese Cuisine:
Ridiculously good! This restaurant is a diamond in the rough, and seems out of place in South Louisiana with a VERY sophisticated sushi menu which is backed by excellent preparations and presentations. The Sakaya roll is excellent and they have a Cowboy roll (seared steak on top), and a section of the menu with creative sashimi preparations that I like as appetizers.
