Richard's Seafood Patio - Feedback

What j Gran doesn't like about Richard's Seafood Patio:
When I arrived I was the only one waiting in line. My son and his family was right behind me. I waited to be seated and no one came to seat us. We saw an empty table and we sat there only to be told that we had to wait to be seated. They made us go back in line and by then other people had arrived to be seated. We had to stand behind them. Great off-the-beaten-path place with lots of local vibe. Super-friendly service from everybody we interacted with. We felt VERY welcome despite obviously being from out of town. All three of us got the buffet. The boil, both the shrimp and the crawfish, was really a little on the bland side compared to other seafood boils I've had in Acadiana but there were plenty of condiments on the table to spice it up.
