Ordered at drive thru, 20 MCnuggets, large fries and large diet Coke, then I tried to order Carmel frappe, I said my whole frappe other, she typed it in, then said oh I'm sorry that machine is down. YOU CAN'T TELL ME, someone didn't come up to her and said nah we ain't doing that right now. Why type it in? We were saying the order clearly and slowly. Then only 2 napkins. Food is never hot. Fries are always subpar. Really frustrating to see the employees behind the counter just laughing and not doing anything. Staff are rude. They employees did not see me walk up to the counter I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before they sprung out apologizing for the wait.
