We had ramen which seemed healthy and filling however, it lacked in taste and is very creative. l've not had ramen w popcorn, red cabbage, celery.... There's extra spices on the table to help a bit w the blandness of the soup. This seems like a creative attempt to make vegan ramen interesting but leans in all the wrong directions. There's better versions even in yooshi's/negsishi/nooba. Updated from previous review on 2022 08 13

I had no smokers, red cabbages, celery... There are additional spices on the table to help a bit the glands of soup. This seems like a creative attempt to make vegan ramen interesting, but leans in all the wrong directions. There are better versions also in yooshi's/negsishi/nooba.
