Thegustation menu sounded promising, and at quality of food was nothing to notice, however, the amount of fish was rather disappointing, and that for a fish restaurant! Three pieces of mackerel, a hint of seaong, two sint jacobs fruit and a piece of cable shaft you barely saw on the beautifully presented plate. For me, this wasn't worth 98 a person. About the amount of booze no complaints, which was generously gifted, was great, but given the amount of food too much of the good. Had more the impression in wine restaurant than being a fish restaurant. Hence the 1 star for quality, because there's no other way to report this.

I'm sorry I've never been there before, because I've had an incredible meal and enjoyed the thoughtful service, delicious wines and the fantastic frame. Tip, definitely try the signature dish oester Kelderman. I'm definitely coming back!
