We usually stick to one sushi place because we trust them. When Ichiban rolled into town with such great reviews, we decided to give it a try, and they deliver!! The price was just as expensive as our usual sushi place, but much much lower quality. The sauces tasted awful, and the sushi rice had an odd flavour to it. The Best of the Best sushi place ever! So Nice people and friendly. The home made chili Mayo is so delicious.
We usually stick to one sushi place because we trust them. When Ichiban rolled into town with such great reviews, we decided to give it a try, and they deliver!! The price was just as expensive as our usual sushi place, but much much lower quality. The sauces tasted awful, and the sushi rice had an odd flavour to it. One piece of sushi I had to spit out because it contained unidentifiable chewy, sharp, and yet fatty substance. The sushi bought at the grocery store was higher quality. Well over 500 dkk and we threw at least half of it in the garbage. Will not return.
