Great food and relaxed interior. Really great value for money. Outside. Menu change frequently when not every day, but there are always vegan, healthy options! Updated by previous review on 2022-01-16
Husets Cafe is part of an art house and has been serving food for years. How much of the food that is vegan differs from time to time. I suggested to the cook to implement more vegan items, and he told me that they were just a few years ago a regular cafe, meat served, but if they were their once a week vegetarian day the most popular, they went vegetarian. The food is hearty and brings you back in time pots, omelettes, lentil patties, soups with bread. The last time I left, there were not many vegan options, so the cook made me something special. I really think this is a nice place to go, and I will continue to come here, and sophisticated vegan will hopefully have a positive outcome in time. It is also a nice place to go for a date or to have a conversation with an old friend, a cup of coffee or a limo. If this place was more vegan friendly, I would give it 5 cows.
When you come here, go through the main building, into the courtyard, and the entrance to the Husets Café is on the left. (I had a little problem with it. Once inside it is a really nice, friendly café. It's all you eat buffet for 75 crowns (approximately $13. Not everything is vegan, so you need to ask the cook. Nevertheless, it was a nice comfort eating and very friendly English-speaking staff. You can also take free books from the bookshelf!
