that is a dream. very beautiful location. unfortunately only 1 waiter was accommodating. otherwise the service was dragging and not very attentive. the choice for the brunch could have been better. there were some things missing. there were no small spoons, no pepper and salt, no meerrettich to laugh. you had to be quick to access, because if a food was empty there was no substitute for it. my needs in things price p... We went here for our date night. Food was great and we had super service from Skalah and Ami. We had a table on the rooftop with a view over the city Aachen and enjoyed our dinner as the sun went down. Will come back soon for another lovely dinner.
Young trendy local over aachen . always very well visited by hotel guests as well as spontaneous visitors. the service is sometimes a bit snippy, but eating is good and interesting.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and ate here for 3. The first night was brilliant, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was very tasty. The following night was terrible, unfortunately the menu is very limited, although the food was wonderful again the service was just terrible, very slow and all came out at different times we were made to feel very uncomfortable for asking for anything by who I can only assume is the manager. As we enjoyed the food and had had a long day at CHIO we thought we would try again the following evening - again we had hostile service. So overall - good food and lovely views but for me service is very important and I would not return based on my last two nights experience.
