This place was incredibly welcome on a New Year's Eve Saturday when the whole city seemed shut down for a big running race (or because it was New Year's Eve. Or Saturday). We had hearty bowls of soup that were more like goulash/casserole than soup. Mine was Chilli Concarne and delicious, especially when washed down with a local brew.
